At JYC, there is a 30 day return/exchange policy from your delivery date. Refunds will only be issued once I have received and processed your returned package. If you would like to return or exchange your order, simply email jycjewelry.co@gmail.com with your order number, reason for a return/refund/exchange, pictures of item if damaged or missing, and I will assist you.
For U.S. Orders, please note you will see a $5 reduction on your refund while returning items that are not damaged due to the shipping charge. For exchanges, there is a $10 shipping charge.
I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES FROM INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
Merchandise must be returned by the customer unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging. Returned packages sent to me that are not cleared by JYC will not be accepted.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, JYC must be notified via email at jycjewelry.co@gmail.com within 24 hours from the delivery time of your package with a photo for the damaged item. You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if item arrived damaged.

Since all packages are insured, you will be eligible for a full refund.
What happens if my package is lost/was not delivered?

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please email jycjewelry.co@gmail.com for more support. The process entails for JYC to submit the claim and you will be prompted to verify the lost package. If cleared, you will be eligible for a full refund.
 
How to Return/Exchange
1. Email me at jycjewelry.co@gmail.com and let me know how I can help you.
2. You will receive a return label.
3. When returning a package, place the items inside the original packaging and cross out the previous label. Place the new return label onto the package and send it off to your local post office.
4. Once your package has arrived to us, please allow at least 4 days for processing and the refund.
