Do the clip on earrings hurt?
After careful trial and error, I have found many types of clip on earring style that are comfortable and painless. However, everyone will react differently to the earrings.
Quick Guide on How to Purchase:
If you have...
Sensitive ears - Mosquito Clip (i.e. Amy Clip-on Hoops) or Resin clip
Medium sensitive ears - Sliding spring (i.e. Cherish Clip-on Hoops)
No sensitive ears - Screwback (i.e. Mariposa Clip-on Dangles)
How do I wear the clip on earrings?
On many of my social media pages such as instagram, (@jycjewelry) I have reels and IGTV videos showing you how to wear the earrings.
For screw back earrings, twist the backing to adjust to your earlobe size.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time and prices vary. Please check the Shipping page (located at the footer of the website) to see more details.
Important Note: Due to the pandemic, shipping times in all destinations may expect delays at this time.
What material is the jewelry made of?
Each item varies on the type of material and specific materials are noted in each description. Generally, necklaces are gold plated or gold filled. Handmade resin earrings use stainless steel or surgical steel for the hooks.

Cancellations & Returns:
Please check the Returns/Exchange policy page on my website for more details. I do not accept cancellations or returns at this time for international orders. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Damages?
Please email jycjewelry.co@gmail.com within 72 hours of your purchase if you notice anything wrong with your order.
How much is USA shipping?
Domestic shipping is free. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase as jewelry is handmade! A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent you your email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do! Shipping prices depend on your country and you can see the price calculated at the checkout page.
How can I track my Package/s?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.
What if I put in my wrong address?
If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet, I will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped I am not responsible. A $5 fee for postage will be charged for your items to be sent to you again (U.S. orders). For international orders, you will need to pay for shipping to resend the package to you. Please email jycjewelry.co@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.
What if my package is lost?
JYC is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. If you feel your package is lost or got stolen please contact USPS as soon as possible. If your package is marked delivered, lost, delayed, or unscanned, refunds of any kind will not be issued.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Paypal, Visa, Afterpay, ApplePay. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Credit Cards - I accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of the below logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case I recommend PayPal as an alternative.
